The Long Kayak For Lungs is a 42 day, 2,200km charity kayak being taken on by Bill van Nierop to raise funds for the Lung Foundation Australia. Bill, a sufferer of the lung disease Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) is backing up from his Long Walk for Lungs challenge in 2017 to raise even more money for essential research into these life threatening diseases.

THE ROUTE
Starting on the 10th of August in Albury, NSW, Bill will kayak downstream on the Murray River. Over 42 days Bill will make regular stops at towns along the river finishing at Lake Alexandrina on the 20th of September.
